We file all Delta plans and apply the allowed discounts on your behalf. Please note that we're unable to see "PPO only" Delta patients — check your insurance card or give us a call to verify your plan type before booking.

Cigna PPO

We're in-network with Cigna PPO and will file your claim directly.

Aetna PPO

We're in-network with Aetna PPO and will file your claim directly.

Anthem (Blue Cross) Complete and Grid Plans

We're in-network with Anthem's Complete and Grid plans and will file your claim directly.

Sun Life Financial PPO

We're in-network with Sun Life Financial PPO and will file your claim directly.

Guardian PPO

We're in-network with Guardian PPO and will file your claim directly.

DentalPlans.com Discount Plans

We accept discount plans through DentalPlans.com for both Aetna and Cigna patients.

Out-of-Network Insurance

Don't see your plan listed? We'll still file your claim for you. Many patients are surprised by how much their out-of-network benefits actually cover and it's always worth checking before assuming a treatment isn't covered.
